Marketing Manager
The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should beexperienced with day-to-day marketing activities and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
It is a full-time role. You will be paid $30 -$34 per hour depending on experience. You will work a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 50 hours a week. The job will be based in Christchurch, Caterbury region.
Responsibilities of this role- Developing and reviewing policies, programs, and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- laising with other organisation units, service agents, and customers to identiy and respond to customer expetations.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal communication channels, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and support sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential demand, market characteristics, and opportunities for new and existing products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights for optimization.
- Present ideas, reports, and final deliverables to internal and external teams, while communicating marketing strategies and budgets to senior leadership.
- Create, schedule, and publish marketing content across social media platforms and websites
- Minimum Level 5 (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or relevant field or minimum of two years of work experience in relevant industry
