The Key Responsibilities for the roles are
Manage day-to-day operations in both bar and restaurant, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to company standards.Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Analyse daily reports, through our Loaded management software.
Ensure exceptional customer service on both bar and floor.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations across all locations.
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience of managing a busy 7 day environment, with 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage your teamAbility to think on your feet make strategic decisions and implement improvements.
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
Excellent verbal and writtenWillingness to travel between locations and work non-traditional hours when required.
Assistant ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team in day-to-day operations, including staff
- A desire to cultivate and drive a team to deliver a great hospitality experience
- Oversee venue cleanliness
- Assisting with rostering and budget
- Assisting cash handling procedures
- Assisting with cost control
- Previous management experience in a modern pub environment
- A can-do attitude and good work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Great leadership and team building
- Food & Beverage knowledge.
- Multitask in a busy environment,
- Flexibility work schedule
- Current manager license
