We are a busy restaurant open 7 days a week doing lunch and dinner and large caterings on a regular basis.

Hours of work: 32 hours per week, shifted by roster from Monday to Sunday

We are Albany based busy Bar and Restaurant with a capacity to cater up to 300 people . Due to the business requirement, we need full time Sous Chef to join our Kitchen urgently.

Must have experience in doing Platters , Pizzas and European food.

We prefer the candidate

With 1-2 Years experience in similar environment.

AbleTo work under pressure. Duties and responsibilities: To Carry out the preparation, seasoning, and cooking following the menu

Who Ensure all food is prepared, well presented and fresh for each dining session
Who Monitor and maintain the quality of food supplies and ensure stock rotation regularly
who can manage and work within Food control plan and maintain excellent food handling and kitchen hygiene standards
Undertake stock takes as required
Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
Assist with other duties as required by the business
