Overview
Our assembly and installation crew work on a wide range of products from electronic control systems to industry-leading precision grading equipment. We install bespoke hydraulic systems in the energy sector. As we expand as a business, we are becoming more tech integrated and are looking for people with mechanical and electronics backgrounds to join the team.Experience in manufacturing would be a positive benefit however an optimistic collaborative nature is a must.
Skills and Experience considered advantageous for this role:- You will be self-motivated and a problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work requests,
- A strong work ethic, reliability, adaptability, and a team player,
- The ability to work in a collaborative, productive team as well as being a self-starter who can work unsupervised to time-limited targets
- Knowledge and skills involving machinery, hydraulics, and technical machinery,
- Experience with mechanical & tool handling with great attention to detail
- Able to work on site when required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically fit as heavy lifting is involved.
- Forklift operators’ certificate
- Experience in Engineering
- Lean Manufacturing experience

The position is full time typically Monday to Friday 8 am – 5.00 pm. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
