The Role

We’re seeking a Service Manager to oversee our vehicle service department, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on and leadership role that requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and people skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage, train, and mentor a small team of technicians and service advisors to deliver top-
notch service.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues promptly and maintaining
high service standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through efficient operations
and upselling services.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with safety and industry standards, ensuring all work meets or
exceeds expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and grow the
business.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics and business operations.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
