Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and building strong clinical relationships? An exciting opportunity exists with a well-established and respected medical device company for a Sales Representative to join their high-performing team.

This role offers the chance to represent a trusted portfolio of surgical and hospital products across hospitals, surgical centers, and private clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a full range of medical and surgical equipment to hospitals, surgical centers, and private practices.
  • Support product evaluations and surgical case coverage in collaboration with the local Territory Manager.
  • Deliver after-sales service to ensure long-term product satisfaction and support.
  • Build strong working relationships with nurses, surgeons, hospital management, and other key decision-makers.
  • Provide product education and training sessions (training provided).
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity including pricing, design, and market positioning.
  • Assist with territory planning, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Maintain accountability for company assets including product samples.
  • Prepare detailed activity and expense reports and attend regular sales meetings, training, and conventions.

About You:

  • Ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other technical sectors is preferred.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in clinical settings and presenting to healthcare professionals.
  • NZ resident or Citizen.
