About Us: We are a large Dairy/Convenience store located in North Invercargill. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll and Office Administrator to join our team. This role is part-time (flexible hours) with potential for full-time position
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process payroll on MYOB for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support with onboarding staff and other administrative duties.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and office administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
