About the Role

We are looking for a Team Administrator to provide support to an inpatient allied health team and excellent customer service to patients as part of a new patient pathway. This role involves supporting the allied health team to provide patient referral, booking and scheduling support for some pre-operative outpatient clinics as well as some other administrative duties to support the service to be efficient and effective.

The role includes working with a variety of disciplines including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and allied health assistants.

Customer service orientation

To be successful in this position you should have 2 years' experience carrying out administrative duties in a receptionist or customer facing role.

Experience working in teams and well developed computer skills are essential as are the ability to prioritise and develop good working relationships with a range of professionals.
