Our Duty Managers, in the absence of Department Managers and other members of the Management Team help us to make sure that we always provide a fresh and great shopping experience for all customers and help us keep the store running smoothly.Even more than that, our Duty Managers work with the team to ensure that we always have a good-looking store, help us keep it secure, our service on point and our team working well.

Key Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Computer literate - you may have worked with SAP before.
- Have a flair to seeing more than just what is in front of you - you have an eye for detail (retail is detail after all!).
- Have an understanding of what Food Safety in a commercial environment is and what Health and Safety means in a Supermarket.
- A current Duty Managers Certificate (LCQ) is desired (will be essential after training is provided).
- You will have had previous experience in leading a team and supervising (but also, you know how to muck in to get the work done).
- Be available to work one day/night in the weekend (this is non-negotiable)
- You are physically fit - there is some lifting involved (15kg).
- Immediate start is available
- Support and training (for both the role and ongoing training as needed/interest expressed)

Days & Hours: To be discussed at interview. Expected to be Sunday to Thursday, 3 Morning starts and 2 Evening Closes.
