Receptionist - Full-Time | Immediate Start | Friendly Office Environment
Are you a personable, organised professional looking to join a supportive and well-structured team? A leading organisation in the building and construction sector is seeking a Receptionist to manage front-of-house duties and provide vital administrative support to staff and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors warmly, manage access, and notify relevant staff
- Answer and direct calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Manage messages, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area with refreshments
- Monitor staff locations on internal systems
- Assist with office duties: filing, photocopying, scanning, binding etc
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate catering for staff functions
- Organise office supplies and help maintain a well-ordered environment
- Support with timesheet collation and invoice processing
- Provide additional support to administrative staff when required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- A friendly, client-focused approach with a sense of humour
- High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Team player who is self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate typing skills
