- Report directly to parent company Board of Directors
- Manage financials by controlling budgets and driving profitability to enable company growth
- Manage and empower team of electricians to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all projects
- Utilise parent company’s nationwide support network infrastructure
- Experience in estimating and tendering for commercial electrical projects
- A minimum of five years experience in financial, operational and people management in commercial electrical industry
- A minimum of ten years in the electrical industry
- Must be a NZ Registered Electrician with a strong understanding of electrical industry
- Over forty years of local Gisborne experience, paired with fifty years of nation-wide experience in parent company providing a local offering with nationwide resources
- Established local business with a portfolio of engaged and loyal customers
- A staple in the Gisborne community with a reputation for integrity, professionalism and reliable workmanship
