**About the Company and Role**

Continental Cars Ferrari is looking for a dedicated and motivated Technician who share the same passion to join our team.

The role will be based at our Ellerslie workshop working alongside 2 highly experienced Technicians with one being a Master Technician. As our new Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications. You will also be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Undertake a wide range of mechanical work associated with the pre-delivery inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles in an effective and timely fashion
• Check the general state of customers vehicle and run a thorough diagnostic test
• Test drive vehicles and perform quality control checks to ensure completion of work
• Operate customer's vehicles in accordance with the road code and company policies
• Support other technicians in the team and maintain high standard of workmanship
• Undertake all training necessary in an effective manner in accordance with dealership standards

• A fully qualified technician
• At least 3+ years of experience - ideally within a European franchise dealership
• Sound mechanical skills and electronic diagnostic experience
• Be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and organisation skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• High level computer and communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
