Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Proficient understanding of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Learning Management, Compensation, and Recruiting
- Proven track record of successfully implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Certification in SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail
