Job Description:We are seeking a temporary experienced roofer to join our team in Albany, Auckland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing, 3 years of commercial roofing experience, with a strong skill set in the following areas:
- Installation and repair of various roofing systems (shingle, metal, tile, etc.)
- Roof inspections and maintenance
- Working with roofing tools and equipment
- Safety compliance and procedures
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting roofing issues
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Effective communication and teamwork
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer
- Valid roofing certification/license (if applicable)
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
- Reliable transportation
