- About youOur ideal candidate will have:registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
You can check your eligibility for registration by visiting the Council's website at www.mcnz.org.nza minimum of two years post qualification experience and are interested in RMO's keen to further develop your skills in the area of Ophthalmology and need to have Registrar experience in this field to be able to apply for the training programme.It is requirement of the NZ Medical Council that your qualifications are approved through EPIC.

- 31 July 2026 (NZRDA SECA) and Specialty Trainees of New Zealand and 20 District Health Boards Multi Employer Collective Agreement 14 December 2024
- 28 February 2026 (the STONZ SECA) and the salary will fall between $127,338
