We are a busy family owned and operated Appliance Servicing Company located in Hastings and have been in business for over 40 years! We service, deliver, and install whiteware throughout the Hawke's Bay region.
The main role responsibilities are.
The main role responsibilities are.
- Answering the telephone and checking and returning calls from messages
- Checking, actioning, and replying to emails
- Scheduling jobs and booking in service jobs both face to face at the counter, as well as over the phone and via email
- Making sure the Technicians are updating their jobs
- Liaising with technicians re jobs and phoning customers back, also finding technicians more jobs if they need them
- Receipting payments
- Giving customers estimates and quotes
- Selling second-hand appliances and basic parts
- Invoicing including cash sales
- Giving job updates, part ETAs to customers
- Supporting and working with the admin team to complete work
Approximate hours up to 18 per week.
