We require an experienced Finance / Human Resources Clerk to join our Corporate Services Team in Orewa.
This is a full time opportunity working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. An immediate start is available.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to; HR and compliance administration, accounts payable and receivable processing, overdue debt collection and account reconciliations, and general office and support duties.
Our successful candidate will demonstrate:- 3+ years experience in accounts within a busy office environment
- Superb administration skills
- An accounting qualification is favourable but not essential
- Excellent Excel skills, with skills in relation to analysis and automation technologies being favoured
- Experience with Xero or a similar AR and AP system
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Great attention to detail and numerically strong
- Payroll processing experience with staff on hourly wage rates would be desirable
