Trade Operations Manager- Mega Queenstown

This is a full-time role that requires a motivated individual who strives for performance excellence. You must be Health and Safety conscious, have good building product knowledge, and be able nurture a team culture.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• have proven people management skills leading a dynamic team
• have demonstrated the ability to engage and motivate team members
• communicate with professionalism and enthusiasm with team members and suppliers
• be innovative in your thinking focused on continual improvement
• have initiative, and be solution-driven and customer-focused to deliver market-leading customer service
• have experience within the construction or building industry, with timber, hardware, and building product knowledge a major advantage
• have organisational skills for managing high-volume inventory, both inbound and outbound to our customers.
• possess an analytical ability to utilize data for generating merchandising and pricing decisions
• have exemplary communication skills to proactively manage customer orders and expectations
• be Health & Safety focused to ensure the safety of team members, suppliers, and customers at all times
