About the Company:

New Zealand Southern Hemisphere Trading Group Limited was established in year 2016 and has been providing education agency service to international students. In order to expand overseas market and maintain high quality service, we are looking for a talented education agent assistant to join our team.

This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at reasonable market rate.

To be considered as a member of New Zealand Southern Hemisphere Trading Group Limited you will need to demonstrate the following traits or skills:

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in management/marketing area is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in education/business industry
  • We target to provide service to international students mainly from mainland China therefore, we require applicant can communicate in English and Chinese smoothly; Be familiar with Chinese and Western education system and collaborative education experience between these two systems.
  • Event coordination skills and certain resource in education area in China
  • Basic skills in online marketing and promotion such as video production etc
  • Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other advanced marketing App.
  • Availability for travelling domestic or overseas
  • Other personal requirements-Leadership, Team Work, Presentation Skills, Target-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Hardworking, Mature, and Pleasant Personality

Position Descriptions

To assist director in recruiting international students from China
  • To coordinate with institutes/schools in China for collaborative education
  • To liaison with New Zealand schools for agency service
  • To liaison with visa/immigration advisors for student visas applications and assist in collecting information and paperwork
  • Some coordinate activities such as assisting students travelling to New Zealand, organizing accommodation etc,
  • To promote the company business using online account such as Wechat official account/Xiao Honghsu etc
  • Other work may be assigned to by director.
Working Place, hours, Wages level and other benefit
  • Work from our office located in Gulf Harbour, Auckland when in New Zealand or travelling to various schools both onshore or offshore.
  • Standard Hours: 30-40 hours per week
  • Remuneration: Great market driven rates on qualification and experience, hour rate ranging from $32 -$35
