Role Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing all ICT strategies and operations. This includes managing hardware, software, digital platforms, security systems, app and website, and all other IT infrastructure to enhance business efficiency and security.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive technological advancements that align with Yoyoso’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Management
  • Develop and implement the company’s ICT strategy, aligning it with business growth and operational needs.
  • Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including POS systems, cloud solutions, websites, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration and performance of all technology solutions across stores and online platforms.
System Administration & Security
  • Management of membership system, camera security systems, and internal IT networks.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place for business continuity.
  • Work with external vendors and service providers to maintain and enhance IT infrastructure.
Retail & POS System Management
  • Oversee the POS system and ensure it supports real-time transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Optimize the membership system, ensuring seamless customer engagement and loyalty tracking.
Cloud & App/Web Solutions
  • Lead the development and maintenance of cloud-based retail systems for efficient data management.
  • Oversee the company App, website, online store, and e-commerce integration to enhance digital sales.
Team Leadership & Support
  • Provide technical training and support to internal staff and retail teams.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Develop IT policies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Education & Experience Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, ICT Engineering, information technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Engineering Management, ICT Project Management role
  • Expertise in project management, network engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Ability to develop Master Sheet Registration, Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.

Other details:

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
