About the Role The Project Coordinator- Roster to Pay Programme will undertake administration tasks required for the Roster to Pay Programme, which will include, but not be limited to, arranging meetings and minute taking for reporting to the Ministry of Health, Governance Group, ELT, and other groups as required.
You will be responsible for document management and version control should these be required for future audits. You will work with the Finance Lead and Advisory groups and support Project Managers where required. About the Team/Service/ Location You will be part of a team led by a Programme Manager, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and working with a group of payroll and rostering subject matter experts.
It is expected that the team will be distributed across New Zealand, so experience working with a team of remote workers will be important. This is an opportunity to work in a team in a complex, collaborative, and fast-paced environment while contributing to the ongoing success of the organisation.
This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in New Zealand, with a hybrid working model that includes a mix of working from home and time in the office. Some travel will be required from time to time, depending on the needs of the role.

This is a fixed-term position expected to run for approximately 2 years. About you You are an experienced Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a large organisation. As well, you will have: Excellent analytical and numerical skills The ability to develop comprehensive executive-level reporting and presentations Strong organisational skills The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders The ability to ensure the confidentiality of information at all times Working at Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is ‘the weaving of wellness'.
