ABOUT US:

Lincoln Logistics is a Tokoroa based freighting and logistics company. We are a privately owned business that is dedicated to meeting the needs of all our customers. Lincoln Logistics now has multiple large, covered warehouses, and a wide variety of trucks, specialising in different types of freight throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty and across the North Island.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are committed to providing one of our key customers with the optimum logistics solution for the movement of their dairy products. We are expanding and looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. If you have a passion for logistics, team management, and delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Usual days of work are Monday – Friday with the occasional weekend work during peak season. Remuneration is negotiable based on the individual and experience.

ABOUT YOU:
Ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally within the food or dairy industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of Ministry of Primary Industry (MPI) E-Cert / E-Doc requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of health and safety standards in food production and logistics.
  • Forklift license (preferred but not required).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful applicant will be responsible for:
  • Supervise and motivate warehouse team members to achieve daily targets.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely stock rotation.
  • Coordinate and prioritize inbound and outbound shipments of dairy products.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain proper warehouse procedures to increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to new team members.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them promptly to minimize delays.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
