Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our vibrant and passionate team in the Rentokil Pest division in Auckland! If you thrive on building meaningful relationships, solving customers' problems and are driven by results, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales Success: Manage and grow our existing client base within the commercial pest division, achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Cultivate Meaningful Relationships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in our major accounts.
  • Tailor Solutions: Craft customized proposals that meet customer needs, showcasing our diverse product and servicing capability.
  • Be the Go-To Problem Solver: With a customer-centric approach, you’ll collaborate with customers and our highly trained pest technicians to provide effective solutions that keep our customers safe.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor market trends, to develop the most robust customer solutions
  • Be an essential Team player: Sharing knowledge and skills while supporting each other to deliver exceptional results for our customers and our team.

Who You Are:

  • A Strategic Key Account Manager with a strong track record of success in B2B environments and extensive experience within the service industry.
  • Ideally, you have a background in pest management, allowing you to effectively address complex customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with excellent time management skills.
  • A master communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Proficient with computer systems and applications.
