Our client, a NZ company based in East Tamaki, is currently seeking the services of an individual with excellent administration and customer service skills for their Office Administration position.

This is a permanent full-time salaried position with hours generally 8am to 5pm.

The role would ideally suit someone with previous office administration experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Checking and processing customer orders including scheduling orders in the ‘Empower’ software programme.
  • Liaison with customers on production/delivery times
  • Understanding and meeting customer expectations
  • Assisting with show room duties
  • Answering the phone and assisting with email correspondence.
  • Assisting and providing back up for reception duties
  • General Office administration
The successful candidate will be expected to have or demonstrate:
  • Prior office administration experience
  • An ability to retain order specifications and prices for subsequent use in invoicing.
  • A great phone manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • A sense of commitment, reliability, energy, and dependability
