• Developing menus, estimating food and labour costs, and sourcing food supplies.
• Collaborating with Managers and kitchen and service staff to address food preparation and service requirements.
• Demonstrating culinary techniques and providing guidance on cooking methods and procedures.
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food in accordance with menu specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and enforcing these standards in the kitchen.
• Selecting, training, and supervising kitchen staff where required.
• Managing food preservation processes, including freezing and storing ingredients as necessary.
