responsible for maintaining and repairing automated teller machines (ATMs).

What you will do:- Performing first line maintenance on ATMs.
- Troubleshooting problems with the ATM machine including replacing parts such as
- Diagnosis and maintenance of ATM machines and ensuring efficient use of
- Repairing and Replacing Hardware peripheral and devices like Receipt printer,
- Taking complete ownership of the service call while onsite.
- Accurately report service data
- Following call handling and call closure procedures consistently
- Meeting deadlines to achieve company targets.
- Full New Zealand Driver License
- Level 4 qualification or 3 year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt, be flexible and problem solve.
- Excellent attention to detail.
