Customer Service Manager - New World Waimate

About the Role
As our Customer Services Manager, you'll shape the customer experience while leading from the front and developing a diverse team across checkouts, customer service, lotto and our in-store caf.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire our team through effective coaching, training and performance management.
- Manage all aspects of front-line operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery, team performance and culture through proactive monitoring and feedback.
- 1+ years' experience in management with a strong focus on customer service.
- Outstanding leadership abilities and passion for coaching, developing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in staff scheduling,
- Liquor Controllers Qualification and Duty Managers License, or willingness/ability to acquire.
