Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi are working as a collective workforce - Kāhui Mātauranga. We recognise our workforce needs to be skilled, well-informed, able to apply learnings to real situations and to be in touch with their communities and localities.This is a new position working in teams to develop a strong multi-disciplinary approach to their services.
The teams cover Tauranga and Whakatāne Hospitals, with Tauranga being the major provider of the service.This is a permanent, part-time position with 0.4FTE (16 hours per week) allocated to Renal services, and 0.1FTE (4 hours per week) allocated to the diabetes service.We aim to provide exceptional care and services to our community, come and join us to be a part of this!About the LocationHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne.
We serve a population of approximately 308,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki.
