Job Opportunity: Food & Beverage Attendant at Swiss-Belhotel, Queenstown.

Join our vibrant team at the Swiss-Belhotel, Queenstown. We are currently seeking aFood & Beverage Attendantto join our small friendly team. Our venue is unique, featuring abowling alleythat offers an unforgettable experience for guests, includingbowling parties, group gatherings, and kids' birthdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve breakfast during morning shifts, and provide excellent service for afternoon group dinners and bar service.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Assist with barista duties, preparing coffee and beverages.
• Provide bar service and assist with any event-specific requirements, such as group parties and bowling events.
• Provide set up bowling games for groups. Bowling Service Training will be provided, so no prior bowling experience is necessary!
• Administration work in also included for bookings and email.

Ideal Candidate:

• Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude.
• A true all-rounder with a strong customer service focus.
• Experience in barista and bar service is preferred.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to our fun, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and available for 30+ hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
