About the Job**
This hands-on leadership role involves supervising on-site crews, coordinating daily operations, reading and interpreting plans, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
**Location:** South Auckland - Papakura
**Benefits:**Pay Rate ranging from $30 - $35 depending on experience

Soft and Hard Landscaping Experience
**What you'll be doing:**- Supervise and coordinate on-site landscape teams
- Read and interpret landscape plans and drawings
- Oversee hardscape and softscape installation (retaining walls, paving, turf, planting, irrigation, etc.)
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Prior supervisory or foreman experience
- Prior supervisory or foreman experience
- Skilled in all aspects of landscaping, including paving, decking, retaining walls, planting, and general site works
- Ability to confidently read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings
- Experienced digger/excavator operator
- Full NZ Driver's License and able to drive a manual vehicle
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of outdoor work
