Part-time Online Assistant

We are looking for anOnline Picker/Delivery Driver,with a VALID FULL, CLEAN Drivers Licence,attention to detail, outstanding customer service and a desire to work in an interesting and fast paced environment.
The Online Picker/Delivery Driver is the store's brand ambassador and is required to deliver a customer's Online shopping order to their home or designated address on the nominated day and time, in a timely, safe manner whilst providing the highest standard of excellent customer service.The Online Picker/Delivery Driver needs to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner thereby encouraging customers to make repeat online purchases whilst achieving any targets set by the Owner Operator or Online Champion.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced applicants to be part of a busy team Picking &delivering for ourOnline Shopping service.

You will need to be:- Committed to learning and maintaining our high standards
- Have proven skilled driving experience with perishable goods or similar
- Physically ableand fit, able to regularly lift heavy items
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Competent in basic computer skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Able to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Food retail and or fresh experience

Determination to work hard and the attitude to succeed in a demanding environment are a must.
The position is part-time and will include working 8.00am - 6.30pm 3 days a week including a weekend day and extra hours when required. The hours and remuneration will be discussed at an interview.
