About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career and cut their teeth in project management/oversight. In this position, you will lead a small team of surveyors and technicians, overseeing a diverse portfolio of land development projects.

Your role will involve managing projects from conception to completion including client management, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

About the role:

  • Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance and direction.
  • Oversee cadastral surveys and land development projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct precise measurements and calculations for land subdivision and boundary definition
  • Prepare and review survey plans, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

You will need:

  • Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with a strong background in surveying and land development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cadastral surveying
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong experience with 12D and LandOnline
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current NZ working rights
