Digital Assistant - Wellington

This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Assistant at allfields. The Digital Assistant will be responsible for working on digital projects, both for our clients and our colleagues. Digital projects include templates, presentations, guide documents, then you will learn how to create video's and e-learning for clients.

• You will be based in Wellington in the @allfields office, WFH only if your pet needs you! We have a great open office space.
• Come to us with good knowledge of MS Office. But don’t tell us you are a pro as actually we will make you a pro.
• Be thorough, but dont muck around.
• Great written and oral communication skills. Our clients and colleagues are real people.
• Respect that clients are often on tight deadlines, we say yes! We support them.
• Excellent proof-reading skills.
• Be creative! But not a designer.
• Be tech native. But not a coder.
• Don’t be too precious about odd jobs thrown your way, we are small, we all pitch in.
• Must love dogs.
