Enterprise Administrator - Business Systems
Brownrigg Agriculture is a large-scale, innovative agribusiness based in sunny Hawke’s Bay, with roots firmly planted in the agriculture and horticulture sectors.
The Enterprise Administrator is a member of the Business Systems Team, works closely with our Finance Team and focuses on data integrity and administrative support for our sales programmes. The role includes support for the Livestock team including purchasing, data processes and reconciliation, and administrative tasks for the wider business.
The role is dynamic and fast-paced. Your super-power will be building and maintaining strong systems to keep on top of it all. You will be a sea of calm with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, well-organised, with a positive approach to problem-solving.
You will be someone with a natural drive towards continuous improvement, always looking for ways to “do things better”. You recognise that while being well-organised keep things on an even keel, flexibility is what gets the boat to its final destination in a dynamic environment.
You will have the opportunity to “own” your areas of responsibility although you will welcome feedback and actively support other members of your team and the wider business. You have a chance in this role to really make it your own, so you will be someone who thrives operating independently – although like any good team-mate, you can be relied upon to ask for assistance or guidance when you need it.
This is an “office-based” role, however on occasion you may need to seek out information from people who operate out in the field or farm. You will enjoy interacting with a wide range of people, whether they are in gumboots or high heels (or somewhere in-between!).
You will be someone who embraces technology and you will be familiar with Microsoft Office products. An Excel spreadsheet won’t intimidate you, Teams is business-as-usual, and you are confident you can pick up business-specific software quickly.
