- 40 hours weekly
The Personal Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the Director, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, compliance with industry regulations, and alignment with the business goals by liaising, coordination and organisational tasks.
Administrative support-
Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Researching and preparing reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence and other routine documents attending meetings on the behalf of the director taking and transcribing dictation of letters and other documents
Operational Coordination-Assist with management tasks within the horticulture business, ensuring deadlines are met.
Liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Support in the preparation of documents and presentations related to business operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining records of the orchard liaising with other staff on matters relating to the Orchard's operations
Regulatory Compliance-
Ensure the Director is up-to-date with legal, and horticultural industry requirements.
Office Management-
Oversee office operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.Organize events, workshops, and training sessions as needed for the team.
Arrange travel, process hotel arrangements, review itineraries and ensure requisite pre reading/ documentation is received in time when required Horticulture Industry Support- Conduct research on market trends, best practices, and innovations in the horticulture sector.
Provide support for operational activities.Maintain and foster relationships with industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- 3 years of Experience OR Level 4 OR Higher qualification is preferable
