About the role:
We have permanent full-time opportunity to join our Auckland team as our Shift Supervisor, Alpha6.
You will grow, lead, and develop our Static and Concierge guards across Auckland. You will have daily contact with Clients and support our front line to meet and exceed their expectations.
This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.

What we can offer you:
$27.00 per hourRotating roster across the 7 days, Monday to Sunday
5 Shifts per week – mixture of days and nights.'
36 - 48 Hours Per Week Roster
Must be able to cover any shift on the above pattern
Full training on the role and additional training as required

What we need you to have:
Excellent people skills and ability to build relationshipsExcellent listening skills and ability to think, problem solve, and make decisions quickly in challenging environments
Ability to handle stress and pressure
Physical fitness
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Current COA license or the ability to obtain one (we can assist you with this)
Must have Full clean NZ Driver’s Licence
Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
