**What We’re Looking For:**
  • Experience in engineering, timber joinery, or sheet metal environments.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Trade qualifications or relevant experience *(preferred but not essential)*.
**What You Need:**
  • A Full Class 1 license *(minimum restricted)*.
  • Reliable transport to get to and from work.
  • Strong time management, a solid work ethic, and reliability.
  • High commitment to Zero Harm and a strong understanding of safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy work environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and participate in random testing thereafter.
  • Your own PPE *(e.g., safety boots)*.
