Industrial Painter

Industrial sand blaster and spray painter needed to oversee our blast and spray operation.
Able to work flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays as per the store timings Monday to Sunday.
Must be able to work alone safely with a positive attitude, build rapport with peers, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining good standard of workmanship.
Job is physical and requires loading and unloading 40ft container blast and spray paint booth.
Securing items to be blasted, painted or dried inside 40ft container then remove for packing and stacking for delivery.
Requires loading and maintaining blast pot and clean up afterwards.
Preferred at least 3 years' experience or level 4 qualification or higher for setting up, adjusting spray nozzles, mixing paint or chemicals and cleaning of all spray paint equipment.
You must be able to direct spray guns to apply even coatings.
Starting and monitoring extractor and drying fans, and heaters.
Monitoring of stored chemicals and paint.
