We're a friendly IT support team based in Grey Lynn, and due to one of our awesome Office Admins relocating out of Auckland, we're on the lookout for another great human to join us. We can accommodate someone full time, or accommodate someone who is looking for 'school hours'.

We’re after someone organised, approachable, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help keep the team running smoothly. We don’t expect you to tick every box on day one. If this sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
  • Answering incoming calls from clients
  • Logging support requests that come in by phone into our job tracking system
  • Reviewing closed tickets to make sure too much tech-speak doesn’t sneak into our client invoices
  • End-of-month billing to clients
  • Paying suppliers
  • GST returns
  • Helping with lightweight project tracking and reporting
  • Sales support and admin (e.g., getting quotes from suppliers, ordering parts)
  • Booking travel and processing reimbursements
  • Managing office supplies
  • Helping organise the company social calendar
  • General admin support for management and the tech team
What you'll bring:
  • A positive, friendly attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Experience in office admin or sales support (bonus points if you’ve worked in IT, but not essential)
  • Familiarity with CRM or job tracking systems
  • Experience with Xero or other accounting software
