Aluminium Joiner/Installer
About the role
An 'on site' position, measuring and installing retro-glazing in customers' homes/businesses across the Manawatu. With Aluminium Joinery expertise, you will take pride in technical advice and accuracy, supported in the office by a small, welcoming and long-established team.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- 7am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Your week's jobs will be organised for you, load up the van and head off on your day!
- Travel locally to site - this is mainly Palmerston North but can include day trips to Feilding, Levin etc
- You will be responsible for accurate measures on site, for jobs that have been accepted. These will be processed by the factory team. You will then follow through with installation.
- This is mainly retro glazing aluminium joinery; however, it can include timber inserts and some full replacement installations.
- Leverage your technical expertise to recognise when more suitable solutions are needed for customers, taking care to explain the options.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with aluminium joinery is essential, with a strong preference for installation experience
- A positive and friendly manner - easily building rapport with customers
- Clean and tidy presentation - you are the face for Fisher Manawatu
- A full driver's license
- Confident and trustworthy to work autonomously
