Night Shift Operations Co-Ordinator

Reports to: Factory Manager & Shift Supervisor

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Night Shift Operations Co-Ordinator to join our team and take charge of overnight operations at our E’stel preform production facility. This is a key role focused on monitoring our mould injection machinery, ensuring production quality, and preparing workstations for the next day’s shift.

• Conduct hourly checks on our injection moulding machines
• Ensure preform quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate packing traceability for each finished bin
• Manage resin supply to machine hoppers
• Label and log completed bins
• Assist in keeping the work areas clean and organized
• Provide support and break cover for factory hands

• Prepare production stations for the next shift (shippers, caps, bins, pallets, resin)
• Ensure all required materials are in place for smooth day-shift transition
• Hand over any key information or issues to the day shift team

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (plastic moulding preferred)
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work autonomously
• Able to lift and move materials as needed
