About the Role

We are on the lookout for a superstar ready to take on an exciting and challenging role supporting the business and finance teams at Datacom! this opportunity is open to anyone based in Christchurch or Auckland!

This is a full time permanent position within the existing Project Billing Operations Team. This will be a cross functional role, meaning you'll have plenty of opportunity to develop your skills incorporating system and financial analysis, contract management, reporting and internal business process improvement!

This role calls for strong attention to detail as you support project setup and project finance.

As a Graduate Project Billing Operations Analyst, you'll be a key member of a large team that includes Project Managers, Business Managers, and the wider Finance teams.

What you'll do
  • Effectively and accurately communicate project information and project finances to the Project Manager and Business Managers.
  • Support and assist with Project financials, and month-end processing and reporting.
  • Building your knowledge of PowerBI so you're able to present and understand Kaizen information for the business.
  • Maintain and provide status updates on project activities.
