Assistant Store Manager Operations - Napier

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take on this senior leadership role in our Napier store. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, the expertise to manage systems and processes across the store environment and the desire to be part of a management team constantly striving for success.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Duty management of the store, driving a high performing sales culture
- Championing world class customer service and coaching for performance
- Management of the Loss Prevention team and functions
- Management of Health & Safety processes
- Stock Management and management of the store receiving team
- Management of all administration processes
- Recruitment, HR/ER functions and wage management
- Adherence of internal audit processes
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong focus on providing and driving exceptional customer service
- The ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines
- Previous experience using stock management and labour scheduling systems
- Experience in motivating managers in a challenging and fast paced work environment
- Experience in retail management in a large format fashion or homewares environment

This is a full-time role and will involve weekend work and flexibility for early starts and late nights as part of the management roster.
