Reporting to the group Executive Chef, we are looking for a Head Chef to take control of this a la carte, bistro style restaurant with a focus on one all day menu. Run it as your own, including but not limited to rostering, stock control, loaded reports and staff training so JUMP right in and take control.
Engage with the guests to provide them with a unique dining experience. You will follow the latest food trends, and have the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change. This is an opportunity for you to show your skills and french cuisine knowledge to New Zealand.
Using locally sourced farm and garden reared produce, guests are assured of exceptional classics to the more adventurous dining at this iconic French Bistro.- You will have full control of the kitchen, and the package on offer will reflect this opportunity:
