We’re a growing fabricating engineering business, specialising in the full spectrum of fabrication discipline, and are now seeking positions in the following:
A motivated and experienced light & general fabricator to join our dynamic team in Dunedin.
The successful applicant will have a can-do attitude, with proven experience in all types of light fabrication—stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and mild steel. To succeed, you will need to bring with you a trade qualification in sheet metal work or light fabrication or 5+ years of proven stainless fabrication skills and knowledge, with high-quality welding and attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Skills & Experience Required: High-quality stainless steel & alloy TIG and MIG welding experience. Ability to read & understand CAD drawings. Attention to detail and accuracy. Punctual and motivated. Ability to work unsupervised. A team player. Full New Zealand driver’s license.
Trade qualification or 5+ years of industry knowledge and experience in sheet metal fabrication.

Working 10-hour days on Monday to Thursday, the successful applicant can enjoy Friday off.With optional overtime work on the Friday (paid at time & half rate) as required to meet customer deadlines.
This is a diverse role that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from architectural metalwork, general engineering, stainless steel balustrading and handrails, and sink benches to non-ferrous metalwork with aluminum, copper, and brass to earthquake strengthening and general structural steel.
