**About the role - Mo te turanga**

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will take ownership of forecasting and payment scheduling, advanced analysis and reporting, reconciliation leadership, process improvement, and internal service delivery. You will play a key role in improving workflows, automating systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of forecasting and payment scheduling
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to improve visibility of AP status.
  • Oversee and improve the end-to-end reconciliation process for supplier statements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function.
  • Monitor and improve internal NPS scores.

We are looking for a driven individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.

Additionally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business leadership role of influence.
