Great opportunity for an experienced senior level People Partner to join a dynamic HR team providing strategic and operational focused people initiatives across the business. The People Partner role is a permanent opportunity located in the CBD and provides two days WFH.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- Strategic HR partnering with senior/executive level leaders
- Mentoring and coaching People Leaders
- ER
- Performance management
- Talent management
- Change management
- HR projects
- Stakeholder management
- HR analytics and reporting
About you:
- Previous experience as a senior level HR Business Partner
- Strong ER experience
- Union experience ideal
- Systems savvy
- Strong influencing skills
- Comfort working in a fast paced, complex environment
