**What You'll Be Doing:**- Safely operate **Reach and Counterbalance forklifts**
- Load/unload pallets and handle stock with care
- Pick and pack orders using a digital inventory system
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
- Report any damaged stock or discrepancies
- Ensure stock data is entered accurately
- Follow safety procedures and help the team hit KPIs
- Valid **NZ Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Licenses**
- At least **1 year of forklift experience** (preferred)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting (up to 15kg)
- A proactive, safety-conscious mindset
