Duty Manager

Due to our extended business hours, Pitch Sports Bar Taupo is looking for a passionate, Permanent, Full-Time Duty Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and takes pride in running a tight efficient operation.
Wages: $28.00-$30.00 per hourHours: A minimum of 30 hours per week, a max of 40 hours per week (rotating roster)
Qualifications: Valid LCQ & Duty Manager License
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid LCQ & Duty Manager License is a must
- Confident managing a team and handling day-to-day operations of a licensed bar
- Calm, focused, and effective under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work and supervise AM or PM shifts, including nights & weekends
- Positive, can-do attitude
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily operations and supervise staff during shifts
- Driving efficiency and smooth service flow
- Taking ownership of venue presentation, atmosphere, maintenance and agreed standards
- Reporting directly to the General Manager
