Provide efficient admin for assessments, recounts, aegrotats, and exams while supporting students and maintaining data accuracy.
Mo te tuka | The role
Provide effective and efficient administration services for all matters associated with assessments, recounts, reconsiderations, aegrotats, and where appropriate support the activities and responsibilities of the broader Student Administration team.
Based in the Examinations Office, some key tasks of the role include:
- Administration of the examination and test cycle
- Pastoral care to students applying for special consideration
- Ensure accurate information is entered into the Student Management System
This is a permanent, part-time role working 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE) based at our Lincoln Campus. The salary range is set at circa $70,000 per annum.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven success in a position that requires a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to train and supervise others.
- A good understanding of the tertiary education environment.
- Recent experience in working successfully with a diverse range of people, preferably in a large organisation.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office suite and other database systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to Manaakitaka and Lincoln University values
